ORDERS

Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order by Norlha Textiles, customers will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number. Norlha Textiles reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.

SHIPPING

We currently offer domestic shipping through SF Express and international shipping through DHL. 

Because Norlha’s Atelier is located in the remote village of Ritoma on the Tibetan Plateau, please allow at least two weeks for shipping.

For international shipments, you will receive a DHL notification approximately one week after your order placement. This notification is created once the products have been shipped from Ritoma village to Beijing, and subsequently shipped from Beijing to the listed international address. 

We ship to the shipping address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Shipments returned to Norlha Textiles as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend. Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation. Signature confirmation can be provided upon request. Please note that all customs and duties will be paid by the customer.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Norlha does not accept returns or exchanges.


HANDLING, CLEANING, & CARE

Your Norlha scarf, blanket or throw is best dry cleaned, though if needed you can wash it by hand. Soak your product for ten minutes in cold water containing Woolite or shampoo. Squeeze out the excess water, but do no rub or wring. Hang in the shade to dry and iron gently with a steam iron.

Q: What payment options do you accept? 

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? 

Possibly! Please contact us at contact@norlhatextiles.com and we will do our best to help you with your order. 

Q: How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the shipment of your order. For international shipments you will receive a notification approximately one week after order placement (please see above). 

Q: Do you have a size chart?

Yes. You can find the size information on the product descriptions.

Norlhatextiles.com (“the site”) takes your online privacy very seriously. Any and all use of the site constitutes acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree with this policy immediately cease use of this site. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

When you purchase something from our site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s IP address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We may occasionally send you informative, product, and sales related emails to your address on file. If you wish to opt out of receiving these communications, please notify us at any time of your request to be removed from our communication contact list. We may use cookies in order to collect information on your purchases of our products. However, these automatically stored cookies do not contain any of your personal information, financial/home address, etc.

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining and using your information responsibly. We will not disclose your information to a third party unless required to do so by law. We have a strict no spam policy. We will not sell, rent, share, or distribute your email address to anyone without your express permission.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
